How can I select or change my account's time zone?

Time zones can be set in various ways! Your company and your locations have their own time zones. Each User can also have a time zone that is different from the company's. This is great if some of your team works remotely across the country or if you're part of a global company.

Getting Started

Company

To change your company's timezone, navigate to the Company page of the web portal.

Location

To change a location's timezone, head to the Locations page, then select the pencil icon to the right of the location's name. From that page, you can update the location's time zone the same way you would the company's.

User Account

To change your User account's time zone, select your icon in the upper right corner of the web portal, then select Profile. If your time zone does not align with your company's, you can edit it here.

If your visit log or exports display an hour ahead or behind your expected time, time zone mismatches are often the cause. This article will help you troubleshoot those issues.
