Time zones can be set in a variety of ways! Your company has its own time zone, as do your locations. Each User will also have a time zone that can be different than the company's. This is great if some of your team works remotely across the country or if you have a global company. By default, the system will automatically assign new Users the same time zone as the company, but Users can easily edit their account's time zones.
To change your company's timezone, navigate to the Company page of the web portal.
To change your account's time zone, select your icon on the upper right corner of the web portal, then select Profile. If your timezone does not align with your company's, you can edit it here.
If your visit log or exports display an hour ahead or behind your expected time, time zone mismatches are often the cause. This article will help you troubleshoot those issues.
