You can list your employee contacts by first name, last name, business title, in your chosen order (manual) or a 'smart' display that will list the most often contacted employees top to bottom.
Edit your check in button and scroll down to the employee contact section. To the top right of your list of contacts are buttons that will allow you to set the order of display.
Now, for how those contacts look on your iPad. You have three options. To display your contact names as a grid, a list, or not at all!
The settings for contact display are found at the very bottom of your button set up:
If you want to force visitors to search for their contact, or hide all contacts for security purposes, you can select Private Contacts.
