A suspended or unauthenticated error message on the app usually indicates that you are trying to log into a canceled account. Even if you didn't intentionally cancel, accounts sometimes cancel automatically due to nonpayment once an invoice's grace period expires.
Reactivating Your Account
If you are paying via credit card, reactivating is easy. Log into your account online and go to the Billing page to update your card information, and we can get your account updated. Once you've updated that info, chat with us to let us know, and we'll get you back up and running!
Reactivation can be a bit more complex if you pay via invoice. Please chat with us to let us know you want to reactivate, and we can assist. Click on that orange chat bubble in the lower left corner to say hello!
