The Receptionist can print badges for visitors when they arrive. Maybe your visitor misplaced the badge printed for them, or maybe your printer was disconnected from Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when that visitor checked in. Luckily, you can easily reprint badges!
Getting Started
Start on the Visit Log and click the three dots to the far right of the visitor's info. There, you can select either Print or Reprint Badge. You can reprint the badge if the printer is connected to your iPad.
If badges do not print or reprint, that suggests that the printer and the iPad are struggling to communicate. Try out our printer troubleshooting bot to help our Support team troubleshoot the issue.
