This can be a tricky process, and can only be done if you aren't using bluetooth to connect your printer. Our recommendation is to have the visitor check in again instead to get another badge printed.

However, if you want to try reprinting and are using wifi or ethernet with your printer, head to your visitor log and click on the visitor's name to view details. Click 'view' to the right of the 'badge' line that displays - this will open the badge image and allow you to print. (Your computer will need to be able to find and print to the Brother badge printer.)
