What do I do if I've forgotten my password or it no longer works?

If you receive an "Invalid email or password" message when signing in on our website or iPad application, the first thing you will want to do is double-check the email address that you typed and use the "Show Password" button to ensure there aren't any typos.

You'll need to reset the password if you still see the "Invalid email or password" message. To do so:

  1.  Visit our password reset page, or use the "Forgot Password" button in the iPad application.

  2. Enter your email address and click on the "Send Reset Email" button. This will send an email with a link.

  3. An email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password for your account.

You can also reset your password from your user profile page if you are signed into our website but can't sign in on the iPad.
