When signing in on our website or iPad application if you receive an "Invalid email or password" message, then the first thing you will want to do is double check the email address that you typed, and also use the "Show Password" buttons to reveal the password that you typed and make sure there isn't a typo.

If you are still seeing the "Invalid email or password" message, then you will want to reset your password with us. Our password reset process is three simple steps:

  1.  Visit our password reset page, or use the "Forgot Password" button in the iPad application.
  2. Enter your email address and click on the "Send Reset Email" button. This will send an email with a link.
  3. An email will be sent to you with a link that when clicked will allow you to create a new password for your account.

Note: If you are signed into our website, but just can't sign in on the iPad, you can reset your password from your user profile page.
