If you are having trouble signing in on our website or iPad application, then you might want to try resetting your password. Resetting your password with us is really simple:

  1.  First, visit https://app.thereceptionist.com/password/new
  2. Next, enter your email address and click on the "Send Reset Email" button
  3. An email will be sent to you with a link that when clicked will allow you to create a new password for your account.

When signing into our iPad application, if you see the following error message, try re-typing your email and/or password. Typing on the iPad screen keyboard can cause typos sometimes.

It's also possible to perform the reset password process directly from the iPad:

  1. First, touch the "Forgot Password" button
  2. Next, enter your email address and click on the "Send Reset Email" button. 
  3. An email will be sent to you with a link that when clicked will allow you to create a new password for your account.
