If you source your own hardware, The Receptionist will run smoothly on any iPad that can run at least iOS 14. We recommend you have the iPad enclosed in a floor or desk stand of some kind. iPad minis are not supported, as the display is too small for optimal use and many models cannot update to the required OS.
