What is a message button?

A message button does not notify an employee contact; it simply displays a message to your visitor. Usually, this is used when you need to display instructions only and don't need someone to check in.

For example, you may want a Button called Interviews advising visitors, "All interviews go down the hall and to the right to room 213," or a Button called Wi-Fi that says, "The Wi-Fi password is XYZ."

Adding a Message Button

Like our other buttons, you can customize the button's name's name, color, and icon.

Unlike other buttons, there is only one additional customization section; this is where you set the message for the button to display once selected.
