When visitors check in, they'll hear certain audio prompts. These prompts can welcome visitors, ask them to wait, and more. Audio options can be set per Button so that you can play different prompts for different types of visitors.

Getting Started

Start on your Buttons page and select 'Existing Buttons' on the right. Then, edit the relevant Button and scroll to the bottom of the page to the Additional Options section. From here, you can toggle different audio options on and off and edit what they say.

The Additional Options section of the Button Editing page. "Notified Audio" is turned on.

When you hover over each one, you will see a preview of the audio prompt that you can select and play after your visitor has finished checking in.

When you enable each prompt, you can customize the audio message that plays upon check-in. To do so, hover over and click to edit the prompt. You'll then see a pop-up where you can customize the prompt message that your iPad will 'read' to your visitors upon check-in.

The Additional Options section of the Button Editing page. The Editing Wait Audio Prompt menu has been opened, prompting the User to input the prompt they want to use.

Please note that the voice cannot be changed for this feature, and pre-recorded messages cannot be uploaded at this time.
