Contacts are the employees that your visitors can select to see during check-in. Typically, visitors will be given a list of all available Contacts during check-in, and they'll select who they're here to see from that list. If you'd rather not show a list and have visitors search for the name of the Contact they're here to see, Private Contacts has got you covered! When enabled, Contacts will not be listed on the iPad and must be manually searched during check-in.
Getting Started
Start on the Buttons page of the web portal. Click on 'Existing Buttons' on the right and click to edit the button you wish to enable Private Contacts for. Scroll to the bottom and enable 'Private Contacts.' Don't forget to save!
