If you notice a discrepancy with the time zone of your visit log export or display, check your profile settings. The visit log and export will both match the time zone on the profile of whoever exported the log; this means that if your profile is set to EST and the company's time zone is MST, the export will display check-in times in EST.
Checking and Updating Time Zones
Not sure how to check your account or company's time zone? Log into the web portal, then select your profile to review and edit your personal account's time zone.
If you want to update the Company time zone, go to the Company page. Time zones can also be set for each Location from the Locations page by selecting the pencil icon in the relevant Location's row. Remember that your profile time zone will supersede both Company and Location settings when you view the log!
The time zone setting from the Company page (or Location, if applicable) determines the default time zone for all newly added users. New Users in different time zones must change their time zone manually.
