'Thank You' messages are messages that display on the iPad when visitor check-in is complete and can be customized on a per-button basis. These messages can be everything from simple greetings to instructions, such as "Please head to the waiting room down the hallway to wait." It's all up to you!
Customizing Your Thanks Screen
To set up a custom 'thank you' message, navigate to the Buttons page on the web portal. Click 'Existing Buttons' on the right, then select 'Edit' for the button you wish to customize.
Scroll down to the 'Customize your thanks screen' section to add your header and message. They can be anything from a simple "You're checked in!" to "Please take a seat, your contact will be here shortly" to "The Wi-Fi password is XYZ" to "Don't forget to have your documents ready for your visit." Remember to save!
Please note that the Thank you message will only display if your visitor has not received a response from the Contact they checked in to see or if you have Two-Way Chat turned off. The iPad assumes that the Two-Way Chat validates their check-in and welcomes visitors to your facility.
