What is a Message Button?

Buttons are ways for Visitors to enter your organization and for you to collect information from them. But what if you simply want to inform visitors of certain information without collecting any data from them or notifying any Contacts? For example, you may want a Button called Interviews advising visitors, "All interviews go down the hall and to the right to room 213," or a Button called Wi-Fi that says, "The Wi-Fi password is XYZ."

Adding a Message Button

Head to the Buttons page of the web portal and select Add A Button > Message to start.

Like our other Buttons, you can customize the Button's name's name, color, and icon.

Unlike other buttons, there is only one additional customization section. This is where you set the message the Button will display once selected.
