Our Pre-Registration feature is a great tool to allow your team members to have a way to track visitors and their expected arrival time. But what if you want to pre-register the same visitor multiple times?
You can pre-register the same visitor for multiple appointments. After you have created the first pre-registration in your visitor log, all subsequent pre-registrations will behave differently. When you enter your visitor's email address, our system will pull up their information:
You'll then click on that suggested email to add a new pre-registration for a previous visitor. If you do not select the email, the system will give you an error message. Selecting a previously used email will auto-populate information like the visitor's name and company if that information has been previously entered or gathered.
