Maybe you want to ask visitors how they liked their visit or which employee helped them while they were there. Sometimes you might want to ask if they want to be added to a mailing list or if they need a follow-up call. You can add the same visitor fields available at check-in to your Check Out button!
Start on your buttons page of the web portal. Select 'Existing Buttons' on the right, click to edit (or add a new one), then scroll down to the Visitor Fields section. You'll see on the right you can 'Add a Field':
