If you have forgotten your Receptionist password or email, we can assist. However, we do not have access to information such as your Apple ID or iPad login passcode; we can only assist with resetting information directly related to The Receptionist, not with your iPad generally.
Apple Support may be able to assist with resetting Apple IDs or getting around passcode problems.
