Automatic visit summary emails are a great tool โ they can be used to thank visitors, ensure they have copies of any legal agreements they signed, and more. Like most of our features, you can turn this feature off and on on a per-button basis, making it totally customizable.
To make changes, start on your Buttons page. Edit the button you want to turn summary emails on or off for by selecting "Existing Buttons" and then selecting the "Edit" button next to your check-in button. From there, scroll to the bottom of the page to enable or disable the feature.
Visitors will receive their Visit Summary Email five minutes after they check out. The email will look something like this:
