How can I update my credit card info or other billing information? How do I change my plan?

Do you need to update the credit card on your account, check your plan level, or view old invoices? Like most of your account information, you can view all your billing information on the web portal.

Viewing Your Billing

To access the Billing page, select Billing on the left side of the web portal. This page will look slightly different depending on how you're being billed, but you'll always be able to view the plan you're currently on as well as the way you're billed (whether that be via automatic credit card payments, invoices, or manually). Folks on credit card and invoice billing can view their past invoices on this page as well.

Credit Card & Invoice Billing

Receptionist customers who are being billed via automatic credit card payments or simple invoicing have the most visibility here. Customers can update their credit cards by clicking the "Change" button beside their current credit card information. If you want to change your plan, you can select the new plan on the left and then hit "Update Subscription" to save the change.

Manual Invoice Billing

Folks on manual invoice billing have the least visibility; your page will look something like this:

Simply contact us via livechat, email, or phone, and we'll be happy to make any changes for you!

Who Can View My Billing Info?

Different Users have different billing visibility; Account Owners can view and edit Billing information for all locations, and Location Owners and Billing Users can view and edit billing information relevant to the locations they've been associated.
