If you have noticed a discrepancy with the time zone of your visit log export, check your profile settings. The visit log export will match the time zone on the profile of whoever exported the log, even if the company's account is set to a different time zone.
In the top right corner of your account screen, select your profile and ensure that your time zone is correct.
The time zone setting under 'Company' determines the default time zone for all newly added users. New users in different time zones will have to change their time zone manually.
