Automatic visit summary emails are a great way to thank your visitors and ensure they have copies of signed legal agreements. You'll find this feature within your check-in button settings. Click the 'edit' option next to your check-in button and scroll ALL the way to the bottom to enable this feature. Under Visitor Features, click on Summary Email and save your button.
Visitors will receive their Visit Summary Email five minutes after they check out. The email will look something like this:
