If you're a User on your company's Receptionist account, you use your email address and a password you set up when your account was created to log into the web portal and iPad. But what if you want to change your password? What if your email address has changed? Luckily, there are plenty of ways to update this information.
Updating Your Login Info When You Know Your Email And Password
To change your email address or password, log into the web portal on a desktop or laptop. Select your name in the upper right-hand corner, and a dropdown will appear; select Profile.
From there, you can change your email by changing the text in that field and update your password by selecting "Change your Password."
Once you've changed this information, remember to save! From now on, you'll log in with your new email and password.
Updating Your Login Info When You've Forgotten Your Password
If you remember your email address but not your password, you can get a password reset email from the login page of the web portal or this page. Additionally, we can manually send you a password reset email if you livechat with us!
Locked Out?
Please note that if you try logging into your Receptionist account multiple times with an incorrect password, our system will eventually lock your account to ensure your account's security. If this has happened to you, please reach out so that we can get you unlocked and send a password reset email.
