When Visitors check in to your location, their information is stored on the Visit Log. This page collects visitor information as well as their check in and out times.
Getting Started
The Visit Log, at a glance, will display the visitor's name and company, the Button they checked in with, the Button they used to check in, as well as their check-in time. If you are using a Check-Out Button, this page will also display visitor check-out times.
If you want to see additional visitor information, you can select the three dots on the right side of a visitor's row, then select "View Details." This page includes additional Visitor Fields, signed Agreements, as well as a transcript of the visitor's chat if Two-Way Chat is enabled.
Sorting & Exporting The Visit Log
You can easily sort and export your visit log information using the controls below the Actions button for quick filtering. These options include All Visits, Recent Visits, Registrations, and The Evacuation log.
All Visits: Displays all visits, including pre-registered and queued visits that are not more than three days old.
Recent Visits: Displays only visits that have been checked in (and does not include any queued visits).
Upcoming Visits: Dosplay visits in the system but not in a checked-in state, such as queued or pre-registered visitors.
Evacuation Log: Creates a list of all visitors who are currently checked in, enabling you to ensure that everyone is accounted for in an emergency.
You can also export the information stored in the visit log. To export, select the Actions menu > Export, and then select whether you want to export to a CSV file or a PDF file.

Storing Visit Log Information
Visit log information is stored indefinitely — The Receptionist will never automatically delete your visit log data. Visit Log information can be deleted manually, or you can set the system to automatically delete visitor information after a certain period.
To delete visits one at a time, select the three dots to the right of a visitor's information and select "Delete."
To set up auto-delete, select the Actions menu > Auto-Delete.
When enabled, the Auto-Delete feature deletes any visit with a check-in date older than a specified number of days and then places these records in the Deleted Visits section. You have total control over how long visitor information is retained.
After you click Submit, you will be prompted to confirm your Auto-Delete settings.
Visitor Data must be incinerated before it is completely destroyed. You can recover or permanently incinerate deleted visits from the Visit Log Trash.
